Friday confessional

I used to be very opinionated.

Now I worry I might offend someone.

I don't know if it's because I'm becoming more Christ like or not.

I think it might be because I'm old and tired.

A good example of this is I've written several blog posts that never got posted.

Several came close, but I worried that I might offend someone so I scratched them.

Actually, I still have them on my computer.

I worked hard on them.

So I can't get rid of them.

Yesterday I wrote one about who's happier parents or people without kids!!!

I want to post it, but some of my favorite people don't have kids.

Although after I describe my "FUN" day, they might be grateful they don’t have kids.

It's also closer to the length of a short book.

Because I'm clueless as to blogging, I'm afraid it's too long.

I don't know if blogging has a proper length restriction on posts.

It's so long I doubt anyone would read it, but me and my hubby.

Actually my sister read it.

I told her I talked about her and her husband so she had to.

I sent it to my mom yesterday to get her opinion, but it was too long and she didn't read it.

So maybe I will put it in my files of unread blogs.

My hubby suggested I post it in part one/part two.

I also don't know how to put the lists of awesome blogs I follow up on my blog.

Yep I'm just that stupid!!!

I need to get blogging for dummies.

Of course I don't have time or the brain power involved to read it.

Now Link up with Glamazon and confess!! She has a really cute button on her blog and if I knew how to put it on mine I would, but I don't know what I'm doing!!

  1. as a non-child person, who probably caused your brain to explode on the subject, i say POST IT!!

also, i have also read many reports on how kids are a long term investment in happiness - when they are young, they may not be the "funnest" thing, but parents of adult children are generally happier than their counter-parts.

i totally admire, respect and support people who choose to have children. i just wish i could get the same response from for my choices. perhaps that is why i sometimes feel i need to find validation in not being a parent.

and maybe i am totally misunderstanding you. either way, i wanna read it. so if you don't post, please email it to me!!!

    *hugs*

  2. I can help you with the list! it's super easy once you know what to do!

I say you post it! Long posts are fine but if you think it's too long do the 2 part thing. Now I really want yo read it!

  3. I do long posts all the time. Most of my posts don't contain pictures. My mom won't read a lot of stuff I write because she thinks it's too long but she likes to look at the pictures and video I post (usually without reading what I wrote to go with those things). My mother in law and her mother read every single word I write. Personally, I don't mind long posts but some people on the web have short attention spans. I say post away. I would read it!
