It was one of the happiest days of my life. Even with the hours of pain and discomfort. (It was also the day I was truly grateful for an epidural.). I was so happy, it took me days to stop smiling. You can make me happy just by coming in the room and smiling.
You love animals, cooking, singing, dancing, playing with friends, and you adore your younger siblings. You love helping me with the younger kids.
Now on to two funny stories about you. We went to Disney World when you were in kindergarten. You got lost for about 20 Minutes. It was the worst and scariest 20 Minutes of my life. Finally, another parent talked you into going and telling a worker that you were lost. So you walked up to a worker and said, "My name is Doll (only using her full name), and I'm in Mrs. Smith's class!!" Haha because all the workers had been looking for you it got you back to me.
Everyone in the family will remember the time we went bowling. You took your turn and your bowling ball bounced over our bumpers, over our neighbor's bumpers and down their lane. It looked like a perfect strike, but ended up being an impossible split. I did feel really bad for the little boy who was very mad that you ruined his turn, but everyone laughed really hard.
You have brought a special spirit into our home. You are always happy, cheerful and smiling. You are always thinking of others and what will make them happy. The lord must truly love me for sending you to me.
What??? When did she suddenly grow up?? She's so cute! Happy birthday, Doll!
